My self-summary Propose an edit
I'm a 27 year old filmmaker currently living in Brooklyn. I moved
to New York in 2003 after graduating from the University of Notre
Dame. For the past few years, I've been shooting a music
documentary in London. Now I'm back living in New York editing the
film, and I'm eager to meet new people who like music, films, books, booze, politics, travel, banter, and having random adventures around the
city.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
The biggest project in my life right now is the feature length
music documentary I'm currently editing. I started up a production
company so that I could make it. To pay the bills, I'm a producer,
and I usually enjoy that too. I have a few shows, including an
original music series, so I love it when I can book bands I love on
it.
Next year I'll be submitting it to festivals around the world. Even
though I love my work, and it takes up quite a bit of time, my
interests reach faaaar beyond just film and music.
I'm really good at Propose an edit
Wow, there's so much boasting to be done on here! Okay I'd say I'm
really good at getting along with people, no matter their
background. I thrive on being thrown into new situations. I love
going out, but I also love quiet nights in. I can't have too much
of one without a bit of the other. I consider myself to be a fun
person to be around, I'm a good listener, but I can also hold up my
end of a conversation, I pick up new things rather easily, and I'm
a good person to have your back.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
The first thing? Well, people often say my smile because I can't
keep it off my face when I'm happy. I should admit here that I can
be a bit loud when I get excited about something. Let's see, what
else? First impressions are generally physical right? Well, I'm
rather short. My bosom is ample. Haha.

The six things I could never do without Propose an edit
After living out of a small suitcase for many months on end, I
learned I can do without most things. But let's say (in no
particular order): other people, music, some free time, my
independence, my camera, and a comfortable place to sleep (although
I actually have done without that, but I'd rather not.
I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
just about everything. Too much time thinking probably.
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
There is no typical Friday night for me. Sometimes I'll be out all
night, others I'll stay in editing. My life has been a little too
erratic to have many weekly traditions.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit
The fact that I've given in and am doing one of these is something
I'm going to keep private from the rest of my life. I've always
said that dating sites weren't for me. But I do try to be open to
new ideas...
You should message me if Propose an edit
you think we might hit it off. I'm easy-going, looking for friends
at first.
To be honest, I'm only checking this once in awhile. I've hardly
responded to anybody so far. I guess I need to just take the plunge
one of these days and meet up with someone!
